Effective 11/06/2026. These terms govern your use of pinastride.com and purchases from Pina Hernandez Trading Family LLC, operating as Pina Stride. By using the store, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Shopping and account details

You must be an adult able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details, and keep account access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or use it unlawfully.

Product information

We describe materials, dimensions and style details with care. Screen settings can affect perceived color, and measurements may have small variations. Read the individual size chart before selecting a pair; shoe sizing is not identical across styles. We do not promise a particular fit or suitability for a purpose beyond the description.

Prices and orders

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Product availability and prices may change. Receipt of an order acknowledgment does not by itself establish acceptance. If we discover an error, cannot fulfill an item or need to verify information, we may contact you, correct the order with your agreement or cancel it and refund any amount collected. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is available in the contiguous 48 states under our Shipping Policy. Processing takes 1–3 business days and transit takes 3–7 days. Standard shipping costs $6.99 for merchandise subtotals below $59 and is free at $59 or more.

Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day return window, condition requirements, return address and shipping responsibility. Contact us promptly about an item that arrives defective, incorrect or damaged.

Responsibility and applicable law
