We deliver orders within the contiguous 48 United States. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military postal areas fall outside our delivery area.

1 / Before dispatch

Order processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This is the time used to prepare your order before it leaves for delivery.

2 / On the way

Transit takes 3–7 days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate periods; add them together when planning for an occasion. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, carrier disruptions and holidays can affect arrival.

The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after any discount and before tax. The applicable charge appears in your bag and checkout after you provide your destination.

Tracking and address corrections

When your order is dispatched, we send shipment details to the email you used at checkout. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting; an order already in transit may not be redirectable. If tracking appears stalled, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or an item arrives damaged, contact customer care with your order number so we can investigate.
